Lorna is licensed in the California Bar, not the Arizona Bar, so she can't do depositions, trials, etc. She does help clients prepare for depositions of witnesses she has interviewed and she can draft affidavits and demand letters.
That depends on the assignment and if there are cases ahead of yours. Lorna aims to bring in results as quickly as possible.
